Should any section of this Agreement prove objectionable to you, you retain the prerogative to abstain from utilizing the "Soxy" services and products. By electing to avail yourself of the "Soxy" Services/Products, you affirm your wholehearted consent to abide by and embrace each and every term and condition enshrined within this Agreement. This includes any alterations instituted by "Soxy", both presently and in the future. Notwithstanding, it is crucial to note that no modification, supplementation, or omission to this Agreement shall be deemed admissible without the explicit approval of "Soxy". "Soxy" reserves the right to deny access if such access runs afoul of the tenets enshrined within this Agreement.
1. User's Relationship with Soxy

While we have endeavored to simplify the language used in these Terms, in certain sections they may still retain the formal characteristics of a traditional contract. Should you object to such changes, your only recourse is to cease using the Services. Continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes or modifications indicates your acceSoxyance of the revised Agreement, including any accompanying changes.
4. Registration and Account Security
4.1. An expedited ID number will be assigned to facilitate quick access to our application. Safeguarding this ID number is your responsibility, and it must not be sold, resold, hacked, or manipulated through technical means.
4.2 False Information: Providing accurate information is a requirement. Soxy assumes no liability for any inaccurate or false information provided by you or any third party.
5. Prohibited Uses and Reports
5.1. We retain the right to investigate, suspend, and/or permanently terminate your account if you engage in misuse of the Services or partake in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unlawful. This includes activities or communications that occur both within and outside the Services, involving users who meet the following criteria as a result of utilizing the Services. The list below is non-exhaustive, outlining the types of actions that are not permissible concerning the Services. You may not:
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Solicit funds from any user.
• Inflict harm, stalk, or engage in harassment towards others.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including falsely claiming to be underage.
• Express or imply that any statement you make is endorsed by us without our prior written consent.
• Utilize the Services for unlawful purposes or engage in unlawful activities.
• Access the Services from an illegal or unauthorized jurisdiction.
• Encourage or facilitate the concealment of the origin, destination, or identity of any illegally obtained money or products.
• Sell, license, or purchase any account or data acquired from us or our Services.
• Modify, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer our products or their components.
• Infringe upon or violate the rights of others, including publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Bully, harass, or intimidate others.
• Defame, spam, or solicit Soxy users.
• Distribute inappropriate or unlawful content to other users, as determined by Soxy, such as defamatory, inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, discriminatory, bigoted, racist, or promoting hatred.
• Introduce viruses, time bombs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses, or any other harmful code.
• AttemSoxy to track or obtain information about another user or visitor.
• Gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any system or network through hacking, password "cracking," or any other illegal means.
• Utilize automated devices, programs, algorithms, or methods to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any system or network.
• Use any materials, such as brands, logos, designs, photographs, or videos, used in our Services.
• Copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, syndicate, broadcast, perform, display, make available, or otherwise use any portion of the Services or Content on the Services, exceSoxy as provided in these Terms.
• Use the Services or any Content on the Services for commercial purposes without our consent.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive users and inappropriate behavior. Our content moderation team actively reviews content on our platform to remove and suspend such users and content. If you encounter any prohibited behavior or content, please report it to Soxy@hotmail.com. If the reported content and users are found to be objectionable and abusive, Soxy will take necessary actions to remove the offensive content or suspend the abusive users accordingly.
5.2. The usage of the Services or Service Content in a manner not authorized by these Terms is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, you are not permitted to assist or enable others in such unauthorized usage. We retain the right (though not the obligation) to remove or refuse the distribution of any content contributed by Soxy users if it violates these Terms of Use. Additionally, we reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe to be necessary for the following purposes:
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
• To enforce these Terms of Use by investigating potential violations.
• To identify, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
• To respond to user support requests or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves, our users, or the public.
You understand that through your use or access of the Platform or Services, you may come across content that could be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. In some cases, there may be mislabeled or deceSoxyive posts. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any content or communications, including any errors or omissions within User Contributed Content, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of utilizing any Soxy Content or User Postings posted on the Platform or transmitted through the Services, including those sent via email.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Ownership and License

By utilizing Soxy and consenting to these Terms, you grant Soxy a worldwide, royalty-free license to access, collect, and utilize, in compliance with applicable laws and Soxy' Privacy Policy, the contact lists and unique phone identifiers contained within the device on which you download Soxy.
6.1.2. If you upload or make available any Content, including videos, audios, images, texts, branding, interactive features, software, metrics, or any other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"), you hereby grant Soxy and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, edit, adaSoxy, perform, display, broadcast, distribute, rent, publicly transmit, create derivative works, or otherwise utilize or exploit your Content in accordance with the aforementioned license.
6.1.3. Soxy holds ownership or licensing rights to all content within the Platform, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary or personal rights. The Platform and Services offered by Soxy are subject to applicable intellectual property and other laws.
6.2. User Generated Content
6.2.1. Soxy may provide you with the ability to submit User Generated Content to the Platform. By submitting User Generated Content, you grant Soxy a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use your User Generated Content for the intended purposes of the Platform and any related purposes. This includes reproducing, preparing derivative works, distributing copies, storing, performing, displaying, and utilizing the User Generated Content as necessary.
6.2.2. By submitting User Generated Content, you warrant that it does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including trademark rights, copyrights, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or any applicable laws. Soxy is not responsible for any User Generated Content and does not endorse or guarantee the opinions, views, advice, or recommendations posted or sent by users.
6.2.3. You agree to indemnify and hold Soxy harmless from any claims or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from Soxy' use and exploitation of your User Generated Content in violation of these Terms. You further agree to waive any moral, ancillary, or similar rights in the User Generated Content against Soxy or its authorized users.
6.2.4. Soxy reserves the right to monitor, screen, publish, delete, modify, store, and review User Generated Content or communications sent through the Platform at any time and for any reason. Soxy may terminate your account and access to the Platform without notice if your User Generated Content violates these Terms.
6.2.5. Soxy reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove any information or content that violates applicable laws or these Terms of Use, including any User Generated Content claimed to infringe the rights of a third party.
6.2.6. Soxy reserves the right, but is not obligated, to report any Personal Information
• Ensure that the notification contains a physical or electronic signature of an individual authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed upon.
• Provide detailed information about the specific material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity. Include sufficient details to enable us to locate the material accurately.
• Include your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
• Include a personal statement affirming that you genuinely believe in good faith that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law.
• Provide a statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting the accuracy of the information in the notification and confirming that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Given the inherent nature of the Internet, it is essential to acknowledge the potential risks associated with unauthorized use, disclosure, and interceSoxyion of communications or materials transmitted to Soxy. These risks exist despite our continuous efforts to ensure data security and privacy. While using and accessing Soxy' Services over the Internet, it is crucial to remain cognizant of these risks. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee uninterruSoxyed availability of the Platform or error-free transmissions. Occasionally, your access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended or restricted for maintenance purposes or to facilitate the introduction of new services.

8. Payments and Purchases
The management of your purchases rests solely on your shoulders. If you are under the age of 17 (or below the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), it is necessary to obtain parental or guardian consent before making any purchase.
8.1. On-Platform Purchases
Soxy may offer various social networking services that can be purchased and utilized through the Services. However, it is important to note that the ownership of these services does not transfer to you upon purchase. Instead, you acquire Platform Coins that enable their usage. The price of each Service will always be displayed before completing your purchase. Nonetheless, Soxy does not handle payment or payment processing for any purchases. Such transactions are managed by third-party payment providers or service providers (such as Apple's iOS Store). Depending on your location, some third-party service providers may levy sales tax. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service provider for further information.
8.2. Refunds
8.2.1. All purchases are deemed final and non-refundable, subject to any applicable additional terms and conditions. Furthermore, because our fulfillment process commences immediately upon your purchase confirmation, granting you instant access to the acquired item, you waive any rights under local laws that would otherwise entitle you to cancel your purchase or seek a refund post-purchase completion. By acceSoxying these Terms, you acknowledge that Soxy is not obliged to provide refunds for any reason.
8.2.2. It's important to note that virtual products we offer may vary in terms of usability. Some may be intended for one-time use, while others may be reusable. However, please be advised that the term "reusable" does not imply perpetual availability. Soxy reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue Virtual Products at any time, with or without prior notice. Should such changes occur, Soxy will not be held liable to you or any third party. In the event of account suspension or termination, any products purchased through the Services will be forfeited.
9. Assignment
You are explicitly prohibited from transferring your rights and responsibilities under these Terms to a third party. Soxy retains the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any given time, including in the event of a sale of Soxy. In the event of such a transfer, you acknowledge and agree that Soxy may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in the event of a sale of Soxy.
You agree that any legal action arising from or relating to the Platform must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Failure to do so will result in the permanent barring of such legal action. Furthermore, you agree not to initiate or participate in any class-action lawsuit relating to the use of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that any claims against Soxy are limited to the amount, if any, that you have paid for the use of the Platform. Soxy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage that may arise as a result of your use of the Platform.
